Combine olive oil with garlic.Â

Brush over naan breads. Sprinkle each with dried chilli flakes (optional), then mozzarella.Â
3.
Place on an oven tray. Heat in a very hot oven (220C) for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and naan are crisp.Â
4.
Cut into fingers to serve.Â
