1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Lightly grease a 6-cup capacity casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread tuna evenly over the base of the dish.
2.Whisk eggs and milk in a large bowl. Add flour, onion, corn, cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Pour over the tuna.
3.Bake for 40 min or until mixture is set. Serve with 
a mixed garden salad.
