1. Spanakopita and Tiropita, $6.99 at Aldi
Seasoned Aldi shoppers know only too well just how good their famous Spanakopita and Tiropita meals are. Available in the freezer section for $6.99 each, the Greek favourites are limited edition buys that are only available at Aldi for short periods throughout the year - and always sell out fast. Spotted by eagle eyed shoppers at the Aldi Mums Facebook group, it seems Spanakopita and Tiropita are back in store - and they’re a must-buy, trust us! One pack generously feeds a family - serve it with a salad and it’s an easy meal done! Talk about cheap and oh so good. Run don’t walk!
2. Cadbury Dairy Milk ‘Marble’ Chocolate, $5 at Coles
Forget Caramilk! Cadbury Dairy Milk ‘Marble’ is back - and we couldn’t be more excited. The cult chocolate is back in stores at Coles after eight long years, and fans of the limited edition chocolate are already rushing to buy the extremely popular variety. Spotted by the girls at Food Finds Geelong - follow them here on Instagram - Cadbury Marble is a mix of Dairy Milk chocolate and Dream white chocolate with a Hazelnut praline centre. Yum!
3. 2kg bulk packs of Real Dairy Grated Cheese, $20 at Woolworths
There are few more convenient foods than grated cheese. Perfect on pizzas, pasta bakes, scrolls and of course sandwiches, if you’re anything like us then you go through buckets of it in a week. But while it’s convenient, 500g packs can be a little expensive at around $7 a pack - and don’t go a long way. Well now Woolworths is selling monster 2kg bulk packs for Real Dairy Shredded Tasty Cheese and Real Dairy Shredded Mozzarella for $20 - and they’re selling out fast. While the $20 price tag may seem a little steep, it’s a lot more cost effective than buying smaller packs. ‘If 2kg of grated cheese isn’t goals then what is?’ said one mum, as seen on the Budgeting, Food, Savings Ideas, Life Help Australia page.
