Take your hot chocloate to the next level with this super easy recipe!
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons drinking chocolate powder, plus extra to decorate
2 x 55g bars Caramello chocolate, coarsely chopped
6 white marshmallows, plus extra to serve
Divide milk evenly between two microwave-safe mugs (1½-cup capacity). Stir 1 tablespoon chocolate powder into each one. Divide chocolate and marshmallows between mugs.
Place mugs around the edge of a microwave turntable. Microwave on High (100%) for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
Dust with sifted extra chocolate powder. Serve with extra marshmallows.
