¾ cup thickened cream
450g box frozen Woolworths Chocolate Bavarian
10 sponger finger biscuits
2 x 125g punnets fresh raspberries
Grated dark chocolate, to decorate
Beat cream in the small bowl of an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Remove frozen dessert from plastic container follow instructions on box. Place on a serving plate. Spread cream over the top and around the side.
Cut biscuits in half crossways. Arrange, cut-side down, pressing onto the cream around the side of desert. Top with raspberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until thawed.
To serve, decorate with grated chocolate. Cut into wedges.
TIP! This dessert must be frozen when spreading with cream as once thawed, it becomes too soft. Chocolate Bavarian is a marbled mousse available in the frozen dessert section of major supermarkets.
