2 x 120g packets mild ramen instant noodles
400g beef rump steak, trimmed, thinly sliced
1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
2 medium carrots, peeled, thinly sliced
150g green beans, cut into 3cm lengths
Set aside the seasoning powder from noodles. Add noodles to a large saucepan of boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, toss beef with marinade and seasoning powder in a large bowl.
Heat an oiled, large wok over a high heat. Add carrots and beans. Stir-fry, for 3 minutes or until carrots are tender. Remove.
Add beef to wok. Stir-fry for about 2 to 3 minutes or until just cooked. Return vegetables with noodles. Stir-fry for a further 1 minute or until hot.
Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds (optional).
