1 x Noshu 99% Sugar Free Low Carb Pancake Mix
For the waffles
1 x Noshu 99% Sugar Free Low Carb Pancake Mix
3 tbsp butter, melted
2/3 cup water
Method

Preheat your waffle maker to a low-medium setting.

In a medium bowl, mix together the pancake mix, butter and water with a wooden spoon to form a smooth batter.

Place approximately ¼ cup of waffle batter into each square section of the waffle maker and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Voila! Enjoy with fresh mixed berries and low sugar maple syrup.
Notes:
Best served warm and consumed immediately. Leftovers can be frozen for up to 6 months in an airtight container or refrigerated for up to one week. Pre-made waffles are best served toasted.
