Ingredients
Digital kitchen scales
1 x 20 cm square brownie tin
1 x Noshu 99% Sugar Free Fudgy Brownie Mix
For the brownies
1 x sachet Noshu 99% Sugar Free Fudgy Brownie Mix
100 g black beans, rinsed, and drained
40 g warm water
1 tsp baking powder
80 g oil of choice, melted (we used coconut oil)
Method
-
Preheat your oven to 165°C (160°C fan forced). Grease and line your brownie tin.
-
Blend your black beans and warm water in a food processor until smooth.
-
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk black bean puree, brownie mix, baking powder and oil with a hand whisk until smooth. Pour the batter into your brownie tin.
-
Top with your favourite nuts or our Sugar Free Choc Baking Chips.
-
Bake the brownies in your preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Allow brownies to cool in the pan before slicing into 3cm x 3cm pieces. Enjoy!
Notes:
We find these brownies taste best after a couple of hours in the fridge, but feel free to eat straight out of the pan! Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
