290g bag White Choc Melts
¼ teaspoon natural peppermint extract
Liquid green food colouring
½ x 204g box Cadbury Coated Mint Oreo biscuits, coarsely chopped
2 x 20g Mint Patties, thinly sliced
½ x 185g bag Milk Chocolate Mint Balls, chopped (See above)
Grease a large oven tray. Draw a 28cm x 38cm rectangle on a sheet of baking paper. Place paper, trace-side down, onto prepared tray.
Place dark chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl sitting over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Place white chocolate and extract in a separate, medium heatproof bowl. Sit bowl over same saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Pour dark chocolate inside the rectangle on tray. Spread evenly to edges. Quickly spoon over white chocolate. Using a small palette knife, gently swirl together.
Using a skewer, place drops of colouring randomly over warm white chocolate, then swirl through.
Working quickly before chocolate sets, arrange biscuits, Patties and balls over top, pressing in gently. Stand at room temperature until set.
Break into pieces to serve.
