In a bid to make the run up to Christmas a little less painful, Aldi released festive treat for the grown ups.
Set to be a very special buy, the supermarket has launched The 24 Days of Celebration Wine and the Hoppy Christmas Beer Advent Calendars.
Featuring 24 piccolo bottles of French wines and 24 premium beers including Peroni and Corona, the beverage countdown calendars raced off the shelves in the UK last year.
They also sold out within minutes in the US last week, leaving disappointed customers to trawl eBay where they were being snapped up at a premium.
One wine calendar sold on eBay for US $300 with a US $50.85 shipping fee.
In Australia the wine calendar, went on sale on November 14, and costs $79.99 while the beer one is retailing for $59.99.
