If you were one of the many Aldi shoppers who missed out on the wine advent calendar this year, it's not too late to snap one up.
EBay sellers have listed their unopened calendars at huge asking prices. The most expensive going for $175! That's over 100% profit!
If you were lucky enough to pick up a spare calendar you might be sitting on a goldmine!
Other listings are for upwards of $100.
You know it’s Christmas when ALDI Australia’s hugely popular Wine Advent Calendar hits the shelves!
The supermarket giant has finally announced the on sale date of the highly-anticipated boozy festive calendar, which sold out in record time last year.
This year’s version will return to ALDI stores again on Wednesday, November 13, and includes 24 mini bottles of French wine including sparkling, white, rose and red varieties - all for $79.95. Talk about a Merry Christmas!
The announcement coincides with the release of ALDI’s 2019 Christmas campaign, which they say celebrates the spirit of sharing festive cheer with friends and family - at affordable prices.
‘Christmas is the time of year that Australians want to spoil their families, however there can be a misconception that to get the best quality Christmas feast, presents and experience, you need to spend big,’ says Mark Richardson, Marketing Director at ALDI Australia.
‘The never-ending ham in our 2019 Christmas campaign is a sentiment to the value you can get at ALDI. With great prices across our entire Christmas range, you can afford to spoil your guests with our award-winning Australian hams, European sweets and delicacies, decorations and gifts on any budget.’
