1 Lebanese cucumber
180 g cabanossi, sliced
250 g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
220 g cherry bocconcini, halved
36 small basil leaves
1 bottle balsamic dressing to serve
- Cut the cucumber into chunks and thread onto cocktail sticks randomly with the cabanossi, tomatoes, bocconcini and basil.
- Place on a serving plate and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until required. Drizzle with dressing and season with black pepper to serve.
