It’s not rare for a celebrity to make a career transition, whether that’s moving over from TV series to movies, or from acting to singing, there’s an endless amount of opportunities for high-profile stars to dip into something new.

Sometimes, this can look like writing and releasing their very own book. While most celebrities tend to release memoirs based on their own lives, there are some who have gone out and delved into the world of fiction.

From nail-biting thrillers, to light-hearted children’s books, there are some celebs who have shown just how creative they are, with many of their books going on to be bestsellers.

Home and Away’s Ada Nicodemou wrote her very first book about her beloved son Johnas, titled Johnas the International Soccer Star.

“I wanted to write a gift for Johnas to read, as he loves reading so much. He loves books, as well as technology, and this book just came to me really easily,” Ada said in a previous chat with New Idea.

He’s written a few books already, but Still is Matt Nable’s latest release, and is an evocative, confronting and page-turning thriller.

Former Home and Away star Judy Nunn’s career has included acting, scriptwriting, and then fiction writing.
