2 pieces Vitastic Pittes Lite pita bread
½ avocado mashed
260 g (1 cup) low-fat Greek-style Yoghurt
½ Lebanese cucumber, coarsely grated, coarsely grated, excess moisture squeezed out
2 tsp lemon juice
pinch smoked paprika
125 g snow peas
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Cut pita breads into triangles. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.
- Combine avocado, yoghurt, Lebanese cucumber, lemon juice and paprika.
- Cut 3 carrots and 1 capsicum into sticks. Trim 125g snow peas. Serve dip with vegie sticks.
