Ingredients
1 x packet brownie cake mix
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup Irish Baileys Cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method

Prepare brownie as per packet instructions.

Place condensed milk, chocolate chips, Baileys, vanilla extract and salt in a medium sized bowl and stir to combine. Place bowl over pot of barely simmering water and stir constantly until chocolate has melted.

Pour chocolate fudge mixture over cooled brownies.

Refrigerate for four hours or until set.

Cut into squares and serve.
