Ingredients
24 wonton pastry wrappers
Cooking olive oil spray
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/3 cup dumpling soy sauce
Chopped fresh chives, to garnish
FILLING
250g chicken mince
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method

To make filling, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Place half the wrappers on a clean board. Place 2 teaspoons of chicken mixture on one half of each wrapper. Lightly brush edges with water. Fold the other side of wrapper over filling to enclose. Press edges together to seal. Place on a large, oiled oven tray.

Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. Place on a separate, large oven tray. Spray wontons with oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked.

Garnish hot wontons with chives. Serve with sauce.
