Banana berry smoothie
Cook: 5 Minutes - easy - Serves 2 - Vegetarian - gluten-free - nut-free - dairy-free

With bananas, egg whites, frozen berries, fresh dates, oats, coconut water, and chia seeds, this smoothie is full of protein & energy – perfect for mornings!

Ingredients

½ cup liquid egg whites

1 banana chopped

½ cup frozen mixed berries

2 fresh dates, chopped

250 ml chilled coconut water

1 tbsp almond meal

1 tbsp oats

2 tsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
