Ingredients
2 chopped bananas
⅓ cup light evaporated milk
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
Method
- Place chopped bananas into a food processor with light evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth, add low-fat vanilla yoghurt and pulse to combine.
- Serve in glasses, top with frozen blueberries to serve if desired.
