85 g packet pineapple flavoured jelly
1 cup evaporated milk
pulp of 4 passionfruit
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- Combine pineapple jelly crystals and 1 cup boiling water in a mixing bowl, stirring until the crystals have completely dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Add the evaporated milk to jelly mixture, whisking to combine. Stir through the passionfruit pulp. Set aside.
Arrange banana slices into four ¾-cup capacity glasses or bowls. Pour jelly mixture over the top. Refrigerate for 2-3 hr or until set. Serve topped with whipped cream and extra passionfruit pulp if desired.
