300 ml thickened cream
250 ml chocolate fudge ice cream sauce
8 meringue nests
2 firm ripe bananas
8 tsp crushed peanuts
- Beat cream in a small bowl of an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Pour fudge topping into a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until warm.
- Just before serving, place 8 meringue nests onto serving plates. Spoon cream into nests. Top with sliced bananas. Drizzle over warm topping. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon crushed peanuts.
