400 g thinly sliced lean beef rump steak
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp water
4 sliced green spring onions
2 cups cooked brown rice
2- 3 tbsp chilli sauce or oyster sauce
sliced fresh red chilli, to garnish
- Heat a wok over high heat and spray with oil. Brown beef in three batches. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Spray the wok with oil and mixed vegetables and water. Stir-fry for 2 min. Add spring/ green onions and cooked brown rice, stir-fry 1 min. Add chilli or oyster sauce and return all the beef. Stir-fry for 2-3 min or until vegies are tender. Garnish with sliced red chilli.
