300g-400g frozen ripe berries, either alone or in combination (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries are all good)
125g natural whole milk yogurt or thick Greek-style yogurt
2-3 tbsp clear honey, depending on sweetness of the berries
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz until very smooth. Eat immediately or scrape into a plastic tub with a spatula, cover and freeze.
