Cook: 10 Minutes - easy - Serves 6 - Vegetarian - nut-free - pregnancy-safe

Cooked sweet pastry cases lend themselves to all kinds of great dessert assemblies, including this berry-licious creation with mascarpone cream & lime.

Ingredients

1 cup mascarpone

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 x cooked and cooled sweet pastry case (23cm)

2 cups mixed fresh berries

¼ cup raspberry jam

juice ½ lime

Method

  1. Combine mascarpone, brown sugar and vanilla. Spread mixture evenly in pastry shell and cover with berries. Combine jam and lime juice and sieve to remove pips. Drizzle over berries.
