3 bunches broccolini, trimmed
½ cup plum sauce
1 fresh red chilli thinly sliced to serve
¼ cup salted dry-roasted cashews
- Bring a large frying pan of water to the boil. Add broccolini and cook for 2 minutes or until just tender and still bright green in colour. Drain well, then transfer to a serving platter.
- Meanwhile, put plum sauce in a small saucepan over a medium heat until warm.
- Spoon plum sauce over broccolini. Sprinkle over chilli and cashews to serve.
