The Melbourne-based brew bar are serving up their ‘Bubble Cup.’ Make from their single-origin cold-drip coffee mixed with soy and condensed milk, the beverage is finished with coffee-soaked tapioca pearls.
Also available in strawberry and vanilla, and coconut and kaffir lime flavours, the Fitzroy-based coffee bar spruik their bubbly brew as a ‘must-try.’
