Ingredients
Cooking oil spray
500g chicken breast fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
½ cup butter chicken simmer sauce
250g packet garlic naan bread
Mango chutney, to serve
Method

Line a large oven tray with baking paper. Spray paper with cooking oil.

Combine chicken and sauce in a large bowl. Toss to coat.

Process bread in a food processor to form fine crumbs. Transfer to a shallow dish.

Working with one piece of chicken at a time, toss in crumbs to coat. Place on prepared tray. Spray evenly with cooking oil.

Cook in a hot oven (200C), turning halfway, for about 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken is golden brown and cooked.

Serve with mango chutney.
