There’s nothing we love more than when a classic treat is reimagined into something else.
Gaytime did it with their ice-cream “sanga”, KitKats went completely off-script, and is there anything donuts can’t do? And now, Cadbury Creme Eggs are available in ice-cream form right here in Australia.
Partnering up with Bulla, Cadbury have launched a limited edition chocolate and vanilla ice-cream, featuring chocolate chips and a Cadbury Creme Egg-flavoured sauce. Costing $6.99 for a 473ml, the ice-cream is available in supermarkets across the country.
“We’re thrilled to give Australians a new and exciting way to enjoy the legendary Cadbury Creme Egg. With such a great following in Australia and around the world, we’re delighted to team up to give chocolate and ice cream lovers a real treat in the lead up to Easter. Make sure you give it a try when you can!” the companies said in a joint statement.
And while we are thrilled that an official ice-cream repping the Egg has finally hit our shores, what Aussies really want to know is when are we going to see these Creme Egg creations Down Under?
