A kind-hearted Woolworths shopper has attracted a huge wave of support over his campaign to move Zooper Dooper ice blocks to the freezer section of the supermarket.
In an awesome Facebook post, customer Josh Edwards called on Woolies to permanently relocate Zooper Doopers - which are traditionally kept in the supermarket’s normal aisles - to the freezer section, even revealing that he’d taken the liberty of moving from at his local store for other shoppers’ convenience.
He writes: ‘Dear Woolworths, I think it’s time to move the Zooper Doopers to the freezers. On a hot day, and it would be great just to duck down to the shops and grab a frozen packet of Zooper Doopers instead of waiting several hours for them to freeze, by that time it’s 6pm and the urge is gone.
‘I’ve popped these ones in the freezer down at the Falcon Woolworths for any Zooper Doopers enthusiasts.Thanks.’
Josh’s post sparked many messages of support and hundreds of likes, with one even calling for the Perth shopper to be knighted.
‘Not all hero wear capes!’ writes one. Adds another: ‘Best thing I’ve seen in my 23 years of existence!’
Said a third: ‘What a legend.’
Added one more: ‘You deserve to be knighted.’
