Irresistible toppings that might not even make it to your main meal, be sure to make extra, just in case.
200g/8oz nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, pistachios or walnuts)
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp golden caster sugar
Preheat the oven to fan 180C/conventional 200C/
Toss the nuts in small bowl with the honey,
sugar and 1⁄2 tsp salt.
Spread the nuts out on a nonstick baking sheet and separate them so they are not touching each other.
Roast for 3 minutes, then transfer to a sheet of non-stick baking parchment.
