1 head of cauliflower, sliced into 3cm thick slices
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
FOR SPICY HONEY SAUCE
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce
Place cauliflower slices into a medium frypan. Cover with water and cover, simmer for 5 minutes. Remove and drain.
Place flour, paprika, garlic powder and salt in a bowl and mix to combine. Coat cauliflower slices in seasoned flour, turning so it is completely coated.
Working with one piece of floured cauliflower at a time, coat in beaten eggs and then place back in seasoned flour mixture to coat once again.
Heat a large frypan and add vegetable oil. Fry cauliflower for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve immediately.
