210 g (1½ cups) frozen cherries
180 g (1½ cups) frozen raspberries
390 g (1½ cups) low-fat vanilla yoghurt or diet vanilla yoghurt
- Put cherries, raspberries and yoghurt in a food processor. Process until smooth and well combined.
- Spoon mixture into a shallow freezer-proof dish. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for 3-4 hours or until just frozen (depending on your desired consistency).
- Remove mixture from freezer and stand for 15 minutes before serving, to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and serve.
