Cherry berry frozen yoghurt
Cook: 260 Minutes - easy - Serves 6 - Vegetarian - gluten-free - nut-free - egg-free - pregnancy-safe

You’ll be tickled pink over this berried treasure – it’s a bit of a smoothie.

Ingredients

210 g (1½ cups) frozen cherries

180 g (1½ cups) frozen raspberries

390 g (1½ cups) low-fat vanilla yoghurt or diet vanilla yoghurt

Method

  1. Put cherries, raspberries and yoghurt in a food processor. Process until smooth and well combined.
  2. Spoon mixture into a shallow freezer-proof dish. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for 3-4 hours or until just frozen (depending on your desired consistency).
  3. Remove mixture from freezer and stand for 15 minutes before serving, to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and serve.
