1 banana, chopped
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla essence
low-fat ricotta, to serve
grated chocolate, to serve
mixed fresh berries, to serve (optional)
- Scoop the flesh from the avocado and place into a blender with banana, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla essence. Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, whip 3 egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually fold in the avocado mixture, mixing until just combined. Divide between 6 glasses. Top with low-fat ricotta, grated chocolate and fresh berries desired.
