395 g sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
40 g butter, chopped
12 mini tart shells
½ cup caramel sauce
mini foil-wrapped chocolate eggs, unfoiled, to decorate
- Combine the condensed milk, maple syrup and butter. Stir until combined and ingredients are smooth. Stir over a low heat for 10-12 min.
- Spoon into pre-baked tarts and allow to set. Top with a spoonful of caramel sauce and decorate with small chocolate Easter eggs. Serve immediately.
