2 x 200 g blocks truffle chocolate
6 digestive biscuits
½ cup large, plump raisins
- Line a 26 x 16cm slice tin with baking paper. Break chocolate into pieces and put in a heatproof bowl. Stand bowl over hot water and melt chocolate until smooth.
- Break biscuits into pieces. Add to melted chocolate with raisins. Stir mixture until just combined. Spoon into prepared tin. Chill 1 hour or until set. Remove from tin and cut or break into pieces and serve.
