200 g chocolate flavoured mousse mix
3 sliced bananas
½ x 380 g canned caramel, warmed
- Lightly grease a 23cm pie plate. Prepare a packet of chocolate mousse as directed. Spread into the base of the dish.
- Top with sliced bananas and drizzle with caramel. Chill until serving time. Serve topped with dollops of cream if desired.
