Chocolate Biscuit Bounty Slice

Chocolate Biscuit Bounty Slice
Prep: 20 Minutes - Cook: 10 Minutes - Easy - Serves 20

TIP! Bounty bars can be replaced with any of your favorite chocolate bars. Slice can be made up to five days ahead. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.

Ingredients

250g packet Arnott’s Milk Coffee biscuits, cut into 1 ½cm pieces

4 x 57g Bounty Bars, cut into 1cm cubes

395g can sweetened condensed milk

300g dark chocolate, chopped

100g unsalted butter, chopped

Method

  1. Grease an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above pan edges.

  2. Place biscuits and chocolate bars in a large bowl. 

  3. Combine condensed milk, chocolate and butter in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat. Stir into biscuit mixture until well combined. 

  4. Press over base of prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight until firm.

  5. To serve, use baking paper to lift slice out of pan onto a chopping board. Cut into squares.
