1 ball pizza dough store-bought or homemade (see linked recipes below)
¼ cup fresh ricotta
1 tbsp icing sugar mixture
¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
2 bananas, thinly sliced
1 tbsp flaked natural almonds, toasted
1 bottle chocolate topping, to serve
- Preheat oven to 240°C. Roll out dough.
- Bake dough for 10 minutes or until light golden.
- Meanwhile, combine ricotta and sugar in a small bowl.
- Immediately spread chocolate hazelnut spread over hot pizza base, then arrange banana on top. Dollop with ricotta mixture and scatter with almonds, then drizzle with chocolate topping to serve.
