Chocolate hazelnut pizza with banana and ricotta
Cook: 10 Minutes - easy - Makes 1 - Vegetarian

Pizza has now taken over your dessert table. Grab a slice of chocolate, banana and ricotta pizza before its all gone!

Ingredients

1 ball pizza dough store-bought or homemade (see linked recipes below)

¼ cup fresh ricotta

1 tbsp icing sugar mixture

¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread

2 bananas, thinly sliced

1 tbsp flaked natural almonds, toasted

1 bottle chocolate topping, to serve

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 240°C. Roll out dough.
  2. Bake dough for 10 minutes 
or until light golden.
  3. Meanwhile, combine ricotta and sugar in a small bowl.
  4. Immediately spread chocolate hazelnut spread over hot pizza base, then arrange banana on top. Dollop with ricotta mixture and scatter with almonds, then drizzle with chocolate topping to serve.
