Using just 4 simple ingredients and your slow cooker you can create this Chocolate Marshmallow pie at home!
Step 1
2 Sheets of Puff Pastry
Dairy Milk Choc (See how many squares in pic)
Marshmallows (Again see pic for how many)
Tablespoon of Cinnamon Sugar
Step 2 & 3
...Placed Choc squares in middle of Puff Pastry and top with Marshmallows & slice pastry evenly on an angle.
Step 4
Fold pastry strip by strip so it looks like Pic 4.
Step 5
I placed another sheet of pastry underneath and doubled edges as seen in pic to help soak and catch any oozing choc or marshmallow.
Step 6
Spray lightly with cooking spray and then sprinkle some Cinnamon Sugar over the top.
Pop in lined slow cooker (just baking paper) that has been pre-warmed for about 1/2hr on high. Then tea towel under lid and cook on high for 2hrs or until pastry is cooked.
Step 7
I browned for 5mins under the grill to get a more brown colour and crisp up a little more.
Step 8
Cut and serve. By itself or with Custard or even Ice Cream.
