8 trimmed mid loin lamb chops
6 cups finely shredded cabbage
6 spring/green onions, thinly sliced
⅓ cup Oriental Fried Noodle Salad Dressing
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- Chargrill mid loin lamb chops to your liking. Set aside and allow to rest.
- Meanwhile, combine the cabbage and spring/green onions in a large bowl. Add Oriental Fried Noodle Salad Dressing and mayonnaise, mix well to combine.
- Serve chops with mixed cabbage salad on the side. Accompany with jacket potatoes and a dollop of yoghurt. Garnish with crispy noodles if desired.
