2 Tbsp chia seeds
125 ml (½ cup) Light Coconut Milk
130 g (½ cup) low-fat Greek-style plain yoghurt
60 ml (½ cup) skim milk
3 tsp honey
3 chopped strawberries
- Combine chia seeds, Light Coconut Milk, yoghurt, skim milk and honey in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for overnight to thicken.
- Spoon mixture into serving bowls. Top each with 3 chopped strawberries and serve.
