Cook: 5 Minutes - easy - Serves 4 - Vegetarian - Vegan - gluten-free - nut-free - dairy-free - egg-free - paleo - pregnancy-safe - raw food

Lift your curry game with this easy side dish of banana and coconut. Great on savoury wraps and kebabs, these slices can also be enjoyed as a bite-sized snack.

Ingredients

1 large lemon

2 medium bananas

1 ⅓ cups desiccated coconut

Method

  1. Put the juice of 1 large lemon in 
a bowl. Cut the bananas into 2cm-thick slices. Toss in lemon juice. Put the desiccated coconut in a bowl. Add banana and toss to coat. Transfer to 
a serving dish and serve.
