¾ cup Nutella
2 x 16.5g sachets vanilla latte coffee
1 cup ice cubes
¼ cup vodka
¼ cup coffee-flavoured liqueur
2 cups vanilla ice-cream
Spoon ½ cup of the Nutella into a disposable piping bag. Twist top. Snip tip. Pipe around inside of four martini glasses (300ml-capacity).
Empty coffee sachets into a medium heatproof jug. Stir in 1¼ cups hot, not boiling, water with remaining Nutella. Stir until Nutella is melted.
Pour coffee mixture into a blender with ice cubes, vodka, liqueur and ice-cream. Blend until smooth.
Pour evenly into prepared serving glasses. Serve immediately.
TIP! Try using other flavoured coffee sachets such as hazelnut, mocha or caramel. For an extra chocolate flavour, replace vanilla ice-cream with chocolate ice-cream. Disposable piping bags are available from major supermarkets.
