Coles ultimate cake hack! ‘I thought it was a real shoe’

The intricate details have left many scratching their heads wondering if it is indeed a real shoe or not.

Speaking to New Idea, Anne said “Everyone is always amazed by my cakes."

“My son tried to buy these shoes but couldn't get his size. So I made it as a cake for his birthday.”

What a clever and talented Mum!

Anne used two Coles double slab cakes, made Swiss meringue buttercream for between the layers of cake. She also printed large pictures of the shoe and used them as a stencil.
