Sharing photos of her stash - which would put any corner store to shame! - on the Budgeting, Food, Stockpiling, Savings Ideas, Life Help Australia Facebook page, Leanne revealed shelf after shelf and bucket after bucket of amazing buys.
But while many around Australia are stockpiling amid fears of a lockdown due to the coronavirus, Leanne says she simply enjoys buying up her family’s products when they’re on special.
Revealing where she bought her stockpiling goods, Leanne explains that it’s ‘mostly half price at supermarkets but occasionally you’ll hear of great specials elsewhere ... like boxes of Cussons soap for $1 from Amcal chemists, I bought like 30.’
Setting up the mini supermarket in her laundry, Leanne says she organised it using ‘lots of Kmart’ products to help keep them organised.
Leanne’s work has been applauded by the Facebook group’s many members.
‘Wow ! I could almost do a shop at your house 😂 That's awesome,’ said one. Added another: ‘Brilliant! Looks amazing. So well organised and tidy. Everything you have is packaged/tinned and will last for ages.’
Said a third: ‘It’s almost like a shop... do u take a bag in with u weekly?? 😂’
Added another: ‘Now that’s an awesome stockpile!’
