3 tbsp Gravox salt-reduced traditional gravy powder
375 ml (1 ½ cups) boiling water
2 tsp Dijon mustard or gluten-free mustard
2 tbsp Ocean Spray jellied cranberry sauce
freshly ground black pepper, to season
- Put gravy powder in a small saucepan and gradually whisk in boiling water. Add mustard and jelly. Whisk to combine.
- Bring mixture to a simmer over a medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until gravy thickens. Season with pepper and stir well. Serve with Turkey and prosciutto rolls with cranberry stuffing (see linked recipes).
