6 Pitta breads
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt (per pitta bread)
freshly ground black pepper
Split 6 pitta breads apart. Cut into small pieces for
croûtons or large triangles to serve.
Place on a large baking sheet and toss with 4 tbsp extra
virgin olive oil and 1 tsp each sea salt and
freshly ground black pepper.
Bake at fan 180C/ conventional 200C/gas 6 for 8 minutes or until golden.
