Ingredients
200g/8oz sourdough bread, baguette or other quality bread
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp each sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Method

Cut bread of choice into 1cm cubes and toss with 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tsp sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

Spread out on a large baking sheet and bake at fan
180C/conventional 200C/gas 6 for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. (Avoid overcooking to keep their chewy texture.)
