50 ml sugar syrup (buy ready-made, or make your own)
1 tbsp dry vermouth
150 ml gin
10 thinly sliced of cucumber, plus 4 ribbons sliced with a vegetable peeler
1 large bunch mint, stems removed
- Chill two Martini glasses. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker or jug (except the cucumber ribbons), along with a handful of ice. Shake or mix well to combine, then strain the liquid into the glasses. Garnish with the cucumber ribbons, bunched up and threaded onto a cocktail stick.
