It’s fast becoming the biggest Kmart hack of 2019 - with mums all over Australia turning the store’s $3 kitchen tea towels into all sorts of creations!
We’ve seen them get transformed into kids clothes, library bags and wall art. But NOW things have gone to a whole new level with one Kmart Mum revealing how she transformed her dining room chairs with the gorgeous printed tea towel.
Sharing photos of her DIY project on the awesome Kmart Mums Australia Facebook group, follower Jenny revealed how she used the $3 tea towels to reupholster her her chairs - with phenomenal results!
She writes: ‘Finished product! I’m in love and so happy with the results!’
We can see why! Jenny went on to reveal to the other Kmart Mums that she used a staple gun for the project, as well as the ‘Native’ printed tea towels - which are quickly becoming a cult Kmart item.
She added: ‘It was a lot easier to do than I thought 🙂 so happy with the results 🥰🥰🥰’
Not surprisingly, the dining chairs got the big thumbs up from the other Kmart Mums Australia members - who were blow away by the results.
‘You should be very proud of yourself, they look great, well done,’ said one. Added another: ‘Amazing. They look gorgeous. A job well done.’
Added a third: ‘Well done, looks like a professional job 👍’
